ROPU MIDI is a Regional Operating Unit consisting of 7 mid-sized Operating Units: Belgium, Denor (Denmark & Norway), Finland, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, and The Netherlands. THE OPPORTUNITY

As one of the new Regional Account Managers , you will be commercially responsible for the cardiometabolic unit in the first and second Line. You will drive a full account management approach across all stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will analyze and manage all stakeholders based on priorities and required business needs. You will have full responsibility for needed customer interactions with key decision makers and influencers to deliver the commercial expectations and plans.

We are currently looking for candidates for:

This is a field-based role, and you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute account plans for the defined region, ensuring alignment with overall strategic planning.

  • Identify and prioritize key stakeholders and influencers, making strategic choices to engage and build relationships with them effectively.

  • Spot opportunities within the customer portfolio and develop business cases with appropriate investment levels to drive profitable business growth.

  • Use qualitative communication approaches based on customer specialty and needs to deliver brand and disease-specific value propositions.

  • Facilitate customer-centric engagements by collaborating with cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Influence key stakeholders by delivering a compelling brand value proposition to secure optimal formulary and guideline positions across the portfolio.

  • Effectively leverage and communicate data to customers, including tailored datasets, models, materials, and proposals provided by market access.

  • Coordinate resources and present a unified front to customers, building long-term relationships while achieving short-term revenue objectives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital environment.

  • An existing network and expertise in the therapeutic area.

  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages is mandatory.

  • You possess a valid driver’s license.

  • You have highly effective selling skills and exceptional product knowledge to inform and influence Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to prescribe our products to appropriate patients.

  • You can quickly turn data into insights and insights into actions.

  • Strong planning and time management skills.

  • You are result-oriented, innovative, accountable, and agile.

  • Lastly, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in the field Biology or Life Sciences or similar.
