Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Leader of Operational Excellence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives, focusing on sales, field operations, customer experience, and leadership capability development. They will play a key role in driving efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness in these areas while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

This role will be remote within geography in a specific region. Presence in the region will be required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy aligned with the organization's goals, with a focus on sales processes, field operations, customer experience, and leadership capability development.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency in sales, field operations, and customer experience.

  • Provide guidance and support to sales, field operations, and customer experience teams to ensure adherence to operational excellence principles and best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance operational processes, technology platforms, and systems to optimize sales, field operations, and customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to operational excellence in sales, field operations, and customer experience.

  • Oversee the implementation of training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and drive a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

  • Lead team of Regional Value Stream Coaches (Sr. Manager, Value Stream Coach)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in operational excellence initiatives, preferably in sales, field operations, and customer experience.

  • Prior General Management and/or Sales Leadership experience preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

  • Proven experience in successfully leading change management initiatives and driving cultural transformation.

  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
