EFI is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join our EPS Business Unit in our Atlanta, GA office.

Job Description:

The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to new and existing EFI customers. This position requires an ambitious self-starter. The ideal candidate will have the skills indicated below, complimented with excellent written and verbal communication. Resolving customer issues requires good listening skills and the ability to understand investigate and recreate issues locally. The ability to translate information into our internal systems, in a detailed and meaningful way, is of great importance in this position. As a member of the EFI Web2Print Support team, your goal will be to provide outstanding support to our customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic Qualifications: Knowledgeable of Web Application Development FrameworksSolid Understanding of Web Development HTML5/CSS3Hands-on experience SSO and Active DirectorySSL installationHands-on experience with network diagnosticsHands-on experience with diagnostics Servers and ASP.NET, FirewallsKnowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio and related scriptingUnderstanding of XML Skill Requirements: Detail-Oriented / Keen Attention to DetailsManage and Prioritize Multiple ProjectsSelf-Starter Attitude and Self-motivatedStrong Problem SolverAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to clearly document processes and solutionsExceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to follow tasks from inception through to completion with minimal supervisionTeam player Preferred skills: VDP backgroundPrinting experiencePrepress experienceOnline print shop admin experience (E-commerce)Prior work with the OPS System or other web-to-print systemWork with Cross Media (PURLs, email blasts)
