Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in program management.

• Experience driving program operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• Experience with software and hardware engineering.

• Experience with developing and/or deploying robotic technology.

• Knowledge of the Product Management Lifecycle, and experience working with design agencies and development teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Support the execution of the automation roadmap aligned with overarching business objectives.

• Support the product development lifecycle for automation/robotics by defining requirements, managing changes in operational processes and deliverables with operations, working with the development team, triaging hardware and software bugs, supporting User Acceptance Testing, and completing post-launch analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

• Define KPIs and success metrics for automation projects to ensure they are meeting the intended business requirements they are developed for.

• Provide daily supervision and coordination of team members to ensure optimum levels of productivity and accuracy.
