By joining us as Service Engineer Analytical, your main responsibility will be to ensure service support to external and internal customers for field equipment and software of the measurement instrumentation manufactured by Emerson, or any third-party manufacturers. You will be acting as a technical representative and manage issues of selection, operation, maintenance and repair of measurement instrumentation equipment.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Installation, supervision, configuration, commissioning, testing, adjustment, defect detection, repair, participation in factory acceptance tests and equipment testing at the Customer’s site (FAT/SAT), audit of the accurate application and organization of maintenance, consulting, training of Customers’ personnel and other technical support during warranty and post-warranty periods for equipment and software of our measurement instrumentation portfolio and any related equipment and software from other manufacturers.

• Solving problems and delivering work on contracts and projects in accordance with the priorities set by the Manager and according to schedules. Participate in the preparation of service contracts if necessary.

• Active participation in the development of work plans to achieve set goals and meet relevant requirements on time and with appropriate quality.

• Provide technical support, equipment during the warranty and post-warranty periods within the framework of existing service contracts, when requested both in the office and at the Customer’s site. Conduct consultations and trainings for customers.

• Functional interaction and coordination of work with other participants in ongoing projects, employees of the relevant divisions of the Company to achieve the desired result.

• Completion of required certification as a Service Engineer, constant improvement of qualifications and experience in all types of equipment, starting with the most in demand in terms of service in the region.

• Maintain, monitor and control of documentation and reporting on proficiency issues. Preparation of the vital data, reports, acts, protocols, etc.

• Ensure compliance in terms of labor and environmental protection and any other company policies as well as during customer visits and participate to related meetings to ensure apprehension of goals and objectives of this area and improving actions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Higher technical education in the field of Automation, instrumentation and automation, process control systems, etc.

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) within process industry, specifically oil&gas, as part of production, service or operations departments.

• Proficiency using computer hardware and operating systems of the Microsoft Windows family. Practical knowledge of General Safety Rules, Electrical Safety, Industrial Safety, etc.

• Proficiency in English is at least pre-intermediate (spoken and technical).

• Willingness to travel, incl. abroad for training and direct performance of work.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience working in foreign oil and gas companies, either directly with foreign companies, or direct participation in international projects is welcome.

• Experience, clear theoretical knowledge of the principles of operation and design of measurement instrumentation equipment, practical experience in solving technical issues of using equipment, its maintenance, solving and repair, metrological support. Work experience, reading drawings and design documentation of Western standards: P&ID, C&E, Instr Index, Loop drawings, Control Narratives & Philosophy, etc.

• Outstanding technical expertise

• Advanced degree is a plus.
