THE OPPORTUNITY

In this hybrid role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team while simultaneously contributing to our marketing efforts. Providing you with an exciting mix of administrative responsibilities and marketing initiative in a diverse and stimulating environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence.

  • Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing content and initiatives.

  • Organise internal events and manage presence at 3rd party conferences

  • Proactively manage expenses and procurement processes for quotes, purchase orders and invoice payment

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to think proactively, creatively and be solutions orientated.

  • Whilst Medical Device experience will be valued it is not a pre-requisite.
