Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance applications.

• Apply best practices in software engineering, ensuring code quality and reliability.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

• Participate in architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.

• Troubleshoot production bugs.

• Be proactive to enhance current processes.

• Document & help another team apply best practices.

• Automate operational processes as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Around 7 years of relevant experience in Software Development.

• Strong knowledge in Back-End is essential (Node.js development, experience with asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and building scalable applications).

• Experience with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows (i.e., pull requests, code merge).

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Ability to work independently under a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.

Nice to Have:

• Full Stack Developer with experience in both FE (ReactJS) and BE (NodeJS/AWS Lambda).

• Experience on cloud-based platform, i.e., AWS Cloud/Lambdas/Docker.
