We are looking for Senior QA Engineer with focus on Automation testing, for our team in Belgrade, Serbia.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Review business requirements and specifications to identify features to be tested. 

• Collaborate closely with analysts and developers while working on features and change requests. 

• Actively review specifications, identify missing requirements and areas to improve, drive execution of the agreed improvements from the beginning till the final release. 

• Develop test scenarios and test cases from business requirements ensuring there is traceability back to all requirements. 

• Develop user acceptance criteria and tests to ensure that full end-to-end processes are tested. 

• Perform functional and acceptance testing, apply test design techniques. 

• Development and maintenance of automated test scripts (C# Selenium) to match requirements. 

• Maintain the library of existing automated tests. 

• Conduct and analyze results of running regression test plans. 

• Participate in defect management and defect resolutions (JIRA). 

• Participate in the creation and review of release notes. 

• Estimate, prioritize and plan test activities. 

• Identify and drive constant process improvements in QA area. 

   

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with automation testing of web application documentation (C#/Java/Python).

• Experience in test design, development of test scenarios and test plans. 

• Experience in functional testing. 

• Ability to review test cases and test strategies. 

• English level B1 or higher (reading, writing).

• BSc (bachelor’s degree) is required; preferably MSc in computer science, programming, information technology and systems, or similar.

   

Will be plus: 

• Experience in testing complex informational systems and business applications. 

• Understanding of different levels of testing and ability to effectively decompose the scope of testing. 

• Experience in Selenium/web-based frontend test automation. 

• Basic SQL programming skills. 

• Basic knowledge of Git. 

• Experience with scrum/agile process activities. 

• Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA or equivalent. 

• Intermediate or higher level of English. 

• ISTQB or any similar certificate.
