Job title: Service Design Analyst

Location: Belgrade, SRB

Grade: 9Candidates should have experience in delivering services and understand the linkage of Part Logistics, Part Finance and Depot Operational to the current NCR Services Systems and Processes.

The application footprint includes the following Oracle CRM modules: Spares Management, Depot Repair, Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, Work in Process, Purchasing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist in process documentation alignment with in the WCS Global Process System.

  • Work closely with other members of the NCR Services Technology Technical Design Team to implement a multi-functional business solution.

  • Conduct testing, develop test cases, perform tie-outs, and deliver training; Support the development of training and deployment

  • Responsible for assigned portions of the roll out schedule and will work with the region counterparts to insure the activities are performed and instituted.

  • Assist with the completion of the design documentation where applicable in each WCS responsible Systems specific requirements.

  • Responsible for all roll out specific unit testing and unit test data creation efforts and coordination/support with the testing teams.

  • Maintain interlock and consistency between the Services Technology Technical Design Team and corresponding NCR Information Technology (IT) representative.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or 2 – 5 years of business related experience.

  • Strong understanding of current Incident Management processes and systems.

  • Strong analysis and design skills.

  • Self motivation, customer focused.

  • Strong written and oral English Language communication skills.

  • Strong Self Motivated

  • Strong team orientation.

Preferred Qualification

  • Functional and technical skills.

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Part Logistics structure preferred.
