Amazon Program Manager, Talent Arch. & Pathways in Bellevue, Washington

Description

Talent Architecture & Pathways manages the organizational design, talent structure, and pathways to attract, retain, and develop talent through the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) field.

Key job responsibilities

As a Pathways Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience for our incoming apprentices. This will be a partnership role with Talent Acquisition (TA), internal team members, field, leaders, vendors, and others.

Our apprentices come from the existing Amazon Associate (AA) population. The Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) program upskills these AAs based on their aptitude into successful RME technicians to be ready for the next-generation of technology.

From there, you will partner with stakeholders through the recruiting process and then slot them into training schedule. Annually, you will manage the training calendar for the nearly 1,200 apprentices by partnering with the five universities. Key deliverables include training seat utilization, enhancing the apprenticeship experience, 95+% MRA staffing within the network, and continuous improvement of the processes.
