Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

• Experience in Machine Learning (e.g., Graph Convolutional Networks, Deep Neural Networks, Transformers, etc.) or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.

• Experience in leading a team that takes experimental systems from a prototype stage to a working product.

• Establish a team of exceptional engineers who will be working on building systems that help customers proactively detect and mitigate vulnerabilities in their cloud environment.

• Work closely with Research Scientists and Product management to define a roadmap for the team and drive the transformation of Prototypes into production grade systems.

• Explore the feasibility of solutions proposed by the researchers and assess the applicability of technologies such as Graph Neural networks and other AI technologies to help guide the implementation approach.

• Collaborate with other teams operating in the space to explore the opportunities for improving the outcomes of their products by application of AI/ML techniques.
