If you are passionate about helping organizations transform and build innovative capabilities, this is an exciting opportunity to be on the front line of a major transformational effort with business sponsorship .Join Takeda as a Customer 360 Product Owner where you will help shape and implement the strategic engagement vision across US stakeholders leveraging data, digital, and technology to deliver according with Takeda’s value creation framework. As part of the USBU DDT , you will report to Customer Data Lead and work with Key stakeholders.

How you will contribute:

  • Partner and engage with commercial stakeholders across all US Business Units to understand customer (i.e. HCPs, HCOs, Patients, Payors) engagement strategies and tactics.

  • Develop and implement a strategy for launching and scaling the USBU customer 360 data product providing all interaction data as an integrated view available to USBU and enterprise consumers.

  • Take accountability for engagement data in the Takeda ecosystem leveraging and enforcing operating model inclusive of external providers and internal process and system owners.

  • Proactively improve and deliver trusted, high-quality customer data to consuming systems for execution and analytics.

  • Drive implementation and ongoing operations of data quality for the product ensuring best practices and systems to proactively identify and resolve issues for establishing confidence and driving awareness.

  • Effectively govern interaction data pertaining to the various data domains via common frameworks and agreed upon patterns and tools.

  • Serve as the central point of contact to data consumers.

  • Support I&A teams as data product customers to harmonize digital analytics and insights.

  • Partner closely with Next Generation Engagement on Omnichannel strategies and tactic enablements

  • Collaborate with DD&T partners and Takeda SMEs within the Enterprise to exploit innovative customer data opportunities.

  • Liaise with change management SMEs to develop clear and compelling training or communication materials to propel change initiatives

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3+ years experience with responsibilities in a marketing, advertising or sales related function.

  • 3+ years digital experience in healthcare, HCP packaged goods, financial services or at a digital agency.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare customer engagement data, i.e. patients, health care professionals, health care organizations, and payors.

  • Good understanding of master data management concepts and practical applications.

  • Familiarity with common technology platform and solution providers generating customer engagement fact data, i.e. Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, IQVIA, etc..

  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks, i.e. DAMA, platforms and service providers, to improve data quality outcomes.

  • Familiarity with AI, Data Warehousing, Data Lake trends and concepts.

  • Good understanding of financial planning and management.

  • Good understanding of different ways of working, i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc. with experience working in agile environments

  • MBA or equivalent Masters degree.

  • Experience working within a complex data environment.

  • Ability to work with a test-and-learn mindset.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
