Eagerness to collaborate with experimental groups is most desirable.

Experimental chemical engineering and materials science research on heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis and electrocatalysis, polymer circularity and upcycling, polymers for applications in chemical separations, water purification, resource recovery from waste streams, or electrochemical conversions. Transdisciplinary and collaborative approaches are encouraged.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, materials science, environmental engineering, or a related discipline. A distinguished record of scholarship, leadership, curricular innovation, entrepreneurship, and an excellent funding record are desired from senior candidates, while junior candidates must demonstrate clear potential to achieve the same.
