We are currently looking for a Senior Production Manager to join our Kestel & Inegöl team.

Location: Kestel, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Senior Production Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures (e.g PPE, shoe change & hand wash, LOTO, etc.)

  • QA responsiblity, ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance). Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)

  • Drive Manufacturing Excellence at his/her production area to achieve the objectives of Plant OMP align with Business needs.

  • Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with all relevant responsible (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene)

  • Ensure Conversion Costs for area are in line with budget by managing waste, rework, overfilling and variance with any required projects for loss elimination

  • Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (Business responsibilities, Line shift teams, Plant Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line).

  • Ensure the timely launch of new or renovated products to the Markets as per agreement with the business.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University degree

  • Fluent in English

  • Min. 7 years’ experience in Production and/or Maintenance roles in Waters or Beverages Sector.

  • Experience in large teams’ management

  • Should be knowledgeable about ISO 22000- ISO 9001 and HACCP Food Safety Management Systems

  • Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people and teams at shopfloor level

  • Successful in leading change (NCE Implementation & continuous improvement techniques)

  • Experience in TPM or Lean systems

  • Exposure to the implementation of continuous improvement techniques
