Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $28.85 - $30.28/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location: Centennial, CO

Temp-to-Hire

What you will do:

• Supervises, trains, and supports all warehouse personnel.

• Adheres to and enforces proper safety standards.

• Arranges pickup of shipments in accordance with customer specifications for delivery.

• Receives all incoming material through proper procedure.

• Maintains daily outgoing and incoming shipment logs.

• Obtains required documentation for each shipment, such as certification from Quality department, invoicing and any other required documentation.

• Prints, reviews and reports on customer requirements daily.

• Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory for all material classifications.

• Maintains adherence to FIFO.

• Reviews and sets daily priorities based on customer due dates.

• Assists Engineering in the shipment of sample parts.

• Contacts and coordinates carriers for pickups daily.

• Coordinates all logistics for material staging and finished goods between manufacturing and warehousing.

• Provides accurate reporting to Upper Management

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience

• Speaks, reads and writes English

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed directions

• Forklift certified

• Candidate must have demonstrated data entry skills

• Candidate must have highly effective communication skills

• Computer proficiency

• ERP experience preferred

• Dependable and self-motivated

• Able to work with a diverse group of people

• Strong team player, friendly, patient

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; talk or listen

• The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding and assembling small parts.

• Repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of standing required.

• Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay Details: $28.85 to $30.28 per hour
