Where is the work:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of Davidson, NC.
Responsibilities:

Functions as HR strategic generalist supporting corporate HR leaders in monthly MOR reporting and people analytics
Assist with functional OLR planning
Support for M&A projects
Provide co-leadership in early talent development forums
Responsible for support in execution of HR strategies and programs that support business and corporate goals
Engages in overall talent practices including workforce planning, success profiling, talent development and management for the corporate functions
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets HR related data for report generation and management decision making; links HR action plans with business needs
Demonstrates awareness of the cross-cultural impact of HR processes
Learns and applies knowledge of customer and business matters and links to role in HR
Participate in strategic HR initiatives, focused on talent management, learning and development, M&A and change management.
Qualifications:
Minimum years experience: 2 | Preferred years experience: 5-7
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s in HR and/or MBA preferred
Broad HR Generalist skills, including people analytics, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruiting, local and federal law knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, vendors, visitors, and employees
Detail-orientated, organized, with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with a team, with excellent project management
Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks
Preferred experienced and knowledge in HRMS and other HR Systems; PeopleSoft experience a plus
Preferred SPHR/PHR certificate
Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Base Compensation Range is $70,750 to $93,750
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
