SUMMARY The Program & Project Management (PPM) Business Systems Analyst / Administrator is responsible for working with users, stakeholders, and Covetrus Technology Group teams to manage and transform our technology platforms. This is a great opportunity to work hands on in a highly collaborative role administering various applications. This position encompasses teamwork, analysis, problem solving, and configuration skills in a no-code/low-code environment. You will produce data entry forms, workflows, insightful dashboards with Microsoft Power Apps and other applications. Administer access request to applications, make configuration changes to applications and review and improve processes. REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports tothe Director IT- Enterprise Business Systems EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science and/or related field. Minimumtwoyears of experience. Experience with administering project portfolio and work management systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to support a wide range of software including OnePlan, Atlatssian Jira / Confluence, Aha, Sitecore DAM Software, Coupa, Asana and Merilytics in various ways as needed. Perform no-code/low-code configurations. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps. Azure Active Directory, now called "Microsoft Entra ID". Creating entry forms with various applications. Writing reports and building dashboards. Ability to learn new applications and how to configure them. Support of Atlassian Jira projects and Confluence Spaces, ability to create new projects and spaces. Create and test automation, set up boards or aid users in setting them up. Configure and implement workflows. Provide support to users for the technical aspects of application utilities and functions. Good trouble shooting skills. Ability to find the root cause when issues arise. Willingness to reach out for assistance. Expand your network to grow your abilities. Keep up to date on supported apps, features, functionality and changes. Grow your skills - Identify gaps and go self-learn. Work with management close gaps. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the platform is driving efficient productivity,consistency,and value across the organization. Question current processes and standards and be the driver of change when needed. Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing best practices. Analyze, understand, and translate business requirements into technical requirements that can be leveraged for delivering technology solutions. Assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects to ensure alignment with business clients, project teams, and IT counterparts. Administration of access to applications and technical/functional support for user profiles and roles. Facilitate and participate in testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements. May develop test script criteria and use cases for functional and end-user testing. Prepare materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to support use and feature sets for new or updated systems and applications. Document Admin functions for each application supported.
