M4media LLC Sales and Marketing Assistant in Durham, North Carolina

General Job Description

The M4media LLC Business Development/Sales and Marketing Assistant works closely with the Business Development Executive and supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, conducting market research, implementing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a continuous flow of viable opportunities enter the sales pipeline. The role of the Business Development/Sales and Marketing Assistant requires back-office administrative work, as well as potential client-facing interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform marketing research and competitive analysis as needed by M4media LLC.

Build a list of contacts through data mining and research efforts.

Learn all M4media service offerings and effectively communicate them to prospective clients.

Contact potential leads, schedule consultation call, and enter contact information into CRM.

Create an email nurture campaign.

Follow up, via email and phone, for warm leads.

Research and identify opportunities of engagement with festivals, outdoor events, colleges, municipalities, event planners, full-service event planning companies, mega churches, and convention centers.

Research and locate opportunities for M4media LLC to be a vendor for outdoor events with Dance Cam, Kiss Cam, Karaoke, or other.

Perform extensive research, plan, and strategize for posting on all M4media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube and the M4media website.

Assist with managing social media platforms

Search for NC (or other) electronic vendor portal for sales, AV installation or Live Production projects to bid on.

Identify preferred vendor list opportunities and determine and follow process for getting M4media added to those lists.

Develop weekly pipeline reports, by vertical.

Conduct other duties as assigned.
