Lockheed Martin ALIS Administrator / Subject Matter Expert in Eglin AFB, Florida

As a Subject Matter Expert on the Autonomic Logistic Information System (ALIS) Infrastructure Training team you will help create and sustain technically accurate training materials and work instructions for ALIS/ODIN (Operational Data Integrated Network) Administrative tasks. You will attend program and team meetings, collaborate with your team members, engineers, and other product teams.

THE WORK

As the ALIS Admin you will:

• Coordinate with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and the ALIS Instructional Design Team to ensure technical accuracy all ALIS lessons.

• Communicate with Engineering as required to provide the team the newest technical information available.

• Work across multiple teams and levels creating a atmosphere conducive to information sharing and leveraging of available resources.

• Document input for future reference, in the Instructional System Design (ISD) Database and JIRA/Confluence.

Note: This position will be located at the Eglin ATC, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The position requires periodic travel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 5 years.

• Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, or CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire.

• IT experience in system/database/network/security.

• 3 years or more of F35 ALIS administration Account Maintenance using Active Directory.

• Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, and network equipment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience Troubleshooting Applications.

• Account Maintenance with Active Directory/Oracle/CRM.

• Virtual Machine Management Service (Hyper-V / VMware).

• Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components.

• Applying updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates.

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administrator.

• Importing/Exporting large data volumes.

• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, to include the JSF ALIS hardware and software.

• Experience working for or supporting the US military.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
