Position Summary

Cigna Global Health Benefits (GHB) has an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer within the GHB Marketing team. You create a dynamic, stimulating work environment and will lead the development of creative communication and content management processes.

Main duties / Responsibilities

  • Brand ‘Guardian Angel’ role to ensure all Marketing assets comply with Brand guidelines

  • Centralised GHB Europe Marketing bank for internal assets sharing

  • Support the team on establishing an intake process and capacity management to facilitate an efficient delivery model for all online and offline marketing assets

  • Support in creative concepting for tenders

  • Ownership of relations with preferred GHB Marketing vendors

  • Below the line agencies/freelancers: Events, DTP, video, copywriters PPT/Word template review, photographers,...

  • Collaborate closely with the Cigna Global Health Benefits marketing team by overseeing the development, execution and delivery of creative projects for external and internal clients including Sales and Account management.

  • Collaborate with and support the communications team and executive leadership with the development of creative and communications projects and campaigns, serving a wide range of internal and external needs.

  • Independent and self-directed, frequently managing strategic projects end-to-end from requirements to delivery, for senior leaders, including the GHB CEO.

  • Team player who partners with another designer to create marketing collateral, and refine or edit existing material to ensure consistency with Global's branding guidelines and feel.

  • Regularly work on multiple concurrent projects with time-sensitive deadlines, and able to accommodate rush requests and creative assistance.

  • Communicate with the team, and occasionally with partners and vendors, to help in the day-to-day management of projects, or to solve potential or existing issues.

  • Use a range of industry-specific tools to create and deliver on-brand graphic design and illustration outcomes in both digital and print formats, including marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, microsites, landing pages), presentation decks, placemats, infographics, logos, branding, email campaigns, monthly social media campaigns and select thought leaders, videos and website layouts.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an international business preferred

  • Experience of working in financial services or healthcare preferred but not essential

  • Ability to drive and work constructively with cross-functional partners

  • Degree educated, preferably in a Arts, Graphic Design

  • The main creative tools and apps used are: Adobe Creative Suite apps, Office 365.
