Cab Facility- Yes
Shift Time - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 12:00 - 9:00 pm IST

Required education and certifications critical for the role-
Full Time Graduates Preferably (BBA, BBE, B. Com, B. Com (H), B.Sc. (Math’s/Statistics), - B.A(Math’s/Statistics/Economics)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will contribute in delivering small to large scale projects across data and salary benchmarking. Your role will involve conducting surveys to collect industry wide compensation data from corporates and business firms to help clients benchmark the external competitive market, for jobs or skill sets that are comparable to those within the organization. Clients use this data to evaluate their standing vis-a-via other organizations. We expect you to show ownership, accountability and extreme learning agility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
End to end project execution in-line with requirements, timelines and quality standards.
Significant client interaction to collect and analyze data, come up with first draft of insights for client reports. This includes rigorous auditing of compensation data, querying clients for doubts/ clarification, removal of salary outliers keeping in mind the market benchmarks, if any.
Collaborate with peers at Aon Hewitt to understand methodologies and data findings.
Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education and coaching.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Strong Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word etc.
Strong Knowledge of Statistics
Good Communication Skills and Analytical skills
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Willing to work in shifts.
