Join Creares highly accomplished engineers and technicians in Hanover, NH to apply your expertise to a variety of challenging power electronics applications. We are a product-focused engineering and production organization delivering high-power DC/DC converters and solid-state circuit breakers to the military, sending space-grade motor drives to orbit, and generating power on the sea floor. Demonstrate your ability to succeed on a variety of RandD projects working in multidisciplinary teams of electrical, software, mechanical, and thermal experts.

You will:

Develop electrical designs for AC or DC power converters, SSCBs, and motor drives.
Support every stage of product development including proposal, requirements definition, design, analysis, build, test, integration, and customer support.
Benefit from and contribute to mentorship and collaboration from EEs and other engineers in the group.

Professional Requirements

BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
4+ years of experience in industry or practical research working with power electronics
Practical understanding of power converter topologies and ability to research and understand tradeoffs for a variety of applications
Experience in power semiconductor selection (Si / SiC / GaN MOSFETs, Diodes), design of gate drive, design of analog and digital supporting circuits
