Randstad US Project Manager in Home based/remote within the UK, United Kingdom

As a Project Manager, you'll bring a keen sense of logic and structure, coupled with a deep understanding of business objectives. Your role involves translating this knowledge into strategic plans and schedules, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to execute end-to-end talent marketing projects. From creative development and asset creation to performance media campaigns and digital platform management, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery. Additionally, you'll facilitate coordination among Client Partners, creative, digital, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. In this role, you'll work independently while fostering collaboration across the global Talent Marketing team, sharing your expertise to onboard and mentor new colleagues and uphold project management best practices.

What you will do;

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including risk and issue management, milestone delivery, and ensuring projects stay on track for final delivery.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure logical progression of project deliverables.

  • Oversee traffic management, governance, and quality assurance to maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Implement and uphold project management principles and tools across the department.

Who you are;

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key projects.

  • Participate in project scope meetings, providing insights on team requirements and timelines.

  • Manage project plans and team resource allocation in collaboration with other project managers.

  • Contribute expertise to the ongoing development of project management strategies across the department.

What you will bring;

  • Profound expertise in managing fast-paced projects concurrently.

  • Experience in leading end-to-end marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong production skills across creative and digital marketing.

  • Attention to detail and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional teamwork.

  • Previous experience managing talent marketing and employer branding programs is and advantage
