• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Prem/Cloud implementation

• Experience with configuration and customization of business process flows, and workflows for Dynamics CRM

• Custom CRM plug-ins based on needs identified by user base using C# and JavaScript

• Integrations utilizing JSON, SOAP, XML, SFTP, and REST API’s

• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Use various Azure services for integration Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream downstream systems integrations

• Create advanced finds, dashboards, SQL reports and workflows

• Good Analytical, Debugging & Problem-solving skills.

• Has the ability to work with a team or as an individual.

• Hands on Experience in ADO.NET, Entity framework.

• Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.

• Participate in the design process of our solutions, providing the technical expertise needed to keep our applications efficient and easy to maintain

• Provide support for user problem resolution.

• Work as a full-stack Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) developer and contributes to all aspects of the software development cycle: from design and development, all the way to support and documentation

• Identify, analyze, design and develop program changes consistent with division and corporate standards and best practices.

• Identify and resolve errors or problems with existing programs.

• Identify, resolve or improve on systems’ performance.

• Manages multiple priorities successfully.

• Actively participates in business planning activities

• 3 to 5 Years for experience in Microsoft CRM application developments, administration, and functional support
