About the role:

Manage entire Electronics product portfolio for VA/VE initiatives, drive Programme manager competency with a focused collaboration with the stake holders across Engineering and with Electronics Leaders across Carrier.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Track Project Plans, Metrics, Risk & Mitigation, Reporting Closely work with program managers, cross functional local & global Engineering teams Clearly communicate and collaborate with support functions, customers, and sponsors as applicable,

Managing expectations, commitments and interactions Work with BU PMO to identify customize and apply project management processes, methodology and milestones Make recommendations regarding project prioritizations, scaling up or down, resource allocations, travels, capital investments etc.

Requirements:

12 to 16 years of experienced Program Managers from Electronics background with related experience into Electrical, Electronic Circuit boards etc

Make recommendations regarding project prioritizations, scaling up or down, resource allocations etc.

Work with peers locally as well as remotely to share & exchange best practices, assets /resources.

Proficiently work with Portfolio management tools & Microsoft Project Plan Proficiently work with development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile etc. and related project management tools such as Rally, JIRA etc.

Solid track record delivering successful programs through the full product life cycle Experience in working on Electronics and controls products & lifecycle designs.

Experience in managing obsolescence, sustenance, and value engineering programs.

Should be able to collaborate & drive initiative across business teams Should be self-motivated & passionate to drive change management.

Education:

BE/ B Tech in Electronics Engineering or related field, MBA/ master’s degree is preferred.
