[Styline Logistics, a division of OFS, is seeking an Order Management Specialist. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and good work ethic are keys to success in this role. This person will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment and work with a team of internal and external customers. The Order Management Specialist is a key member of the planning and execution team at Styline Logistics.

[ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Review all aspects of orders for accuracy
• Work closely with team members, other departments, and members of the sales team to ensure high quality
• Provide customers with timely, professional and accurate service and communication via email and phone
• Maintain current contract documentation
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
