The Opportunity

Talent Supply is critical for business continuity and success as well as competitive advantage. This is why we are creating a brand-new Global Talent Sourcing hub (Talent Scouts) in Poland as part of leveling up our global TA capabilities.

The Talent Scout team is responsible for filling the pipeline and funnel, providing lead generation to our Talent Partners. Sourcing, head-hunting, referral management, internal talent movement, diversity (D&I) and niche roles will be key focus areas.

As Team Manager, you will help establish, build, implement and continuously improve our Sourcing operations. You will hire, manage and develop a team of Talent Sourcing Partners & Specialists. You will drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract top talent and support our organization's growth objectives. You will play a key role in shaping, building and scaling our sourcing capabilities across the globe, with a focus on driving innovation, promoting diversity and inclusion, and enabling team success. This is a hands-on role, therefore the ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, process mapping & build, leadership experience, and a passion for driving excellence in sourcing and recruitment.

This is a hybrid-based position based in Katowice, Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Talent Scouts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on achieving sourcing goals and objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for team members, monitor performance, provide regular feedback and coaching to support professional growth and development.

  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various geographic regions and functional areas, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.

  • Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the sourcing team, promoting diversity in candidate sourcing strategies and fostering an inclusive hiring culture.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TA Partners, hiring managers, and HR partners, to understand hiring needs, prioritize sourcing efforts, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

  • Team Development: Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members on sourcing best practices, tools, and techniques, enabling them to optimize their performance and achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Proven team leadership experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams within a corporate environment.

  • Experience in establishing sourcing processes, rules of engagement between sourcing and the TA Partner community.

  • Excellent English language & communication skills (verbal and written) are critical, Additional languages would be hugely advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and a commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed sourcing decisions.

Desired

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Candidate sourcing experience within Software industry, ideally within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/ or Electronic Design Automation (EDA) domains.

  • Multi-lingual skills within the EMEA and APAC region would be hugely advantageous.

  • Professional certifications in sourcing or recruiting are a plus.

  • Experience using Avature (ATS) and Workday (HRS) would be beneficial.

Type of employment:

Full time employment based on contract of employment with 3 months trial period.
