Job Description

A client in West Los Angeles is looking to bring on a Program Manager for a Kronos implementation. This person will set up the program from scratch, set up governance, meeting structure, etc. The go live will be in 2 years, and they will be working with a variety of internal IT teams as well as the Kronos vendor team. They will be migrating from a completely different Time and Attendance application.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience implementing Kronos from conception to completion (this will take a couple of years to be ready for a Go-Live)

• Previous roles creating a program from scratch - they will not have direct reports to start but will have full access to internal and external resources

• Previous roles as Program Manager / Director / Consultant within Kronos projects

• Sharp personality - they will work with all types of IT and non-IT teams. This will affect 30k end users, so they will need to be able to clearly roll this out to an enterprise environment

• We will consider program managers who have implemented other types of Time & Attendance applications - any PM or Kronos certifications null
