Description We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounting Assistant based in Macedonia, Ohio, United States. The role involves assisting with both administrative and financial tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the accounting department. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including scanning and data entry tasks

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks such as 3-way match and reviewing statements

• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) operations including billing, following up regarding payments, and cash posting

• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Excel, and Outlook for various accounting tasks

• Handle account reconciliation and invoice processing tasks

• Assist with other accounting-related duties as needed.

Skills:

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing

• Skilled in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Familiarity with NetSuite software. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing and Data Entry operations

• Ability to handle Invoice Processing tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and NetSuite

• Previous experience in an Accounting Assistant role or similar would be advantageous

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
