As the Director of Branded Environments, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a growing Branded Environments service at SmithGroup. You will work between disciplines and geographies to build this service with existing and new clients with the goal of design excellence and profitability while simultaneously supporting and mentoring a growing team on day-to-day project initiatives. Working with us, you will: Design Excellence & Project Delivery Manage large-scale projects, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that our design solutions exceed their expectations. Direct, manage and prioritize work of internal Branded Environments creative team and external resources against agreed priorities. Manage the design process from conception to completion, including overseeing the production of all design deliverables. Possess code knowledge and ensure team has incorporated permitting requirements into the deliverables. Maintain knowledge of design, brand and environmental graphics trends, construction methodology, materials application, and manufacturer-supplier costs. Business Development & Marketing Develop and implement Branded Environment strategies and processes that align with our firm\'s vision and goals. Work closely with SmithGroup\'s various disciplines and markets to integrate environmental graphic design, wayfinding and branding into our existing and projected projects.
