CAE USA INC Technical Services Engineer in Madrid, Spain

CAE Parc Airline Technical Services Department provides comprehensive technical management support and solutions for airlines. As an Airline Technical Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in various projects within the ATSS department. By joining our Technical Support team, you will have the opportunity to support our client’s operating fleet operation ensuring aircraft reliability and availability while also remaining compliant with applicable airworthiness regulations. Are you ready to:

  • Analyze technical documentation (SBs, VSBs, EOs, ADs, etc.).

  • Manage in MRO or airline software the documents edited for maintenance and engineering needs.

  • Edition of work instructions to accomplish the maintenance actions for Part 145 organizations ensuring the correct application of MOE and airworthiness regulations.

  • Provide technical support with airworthiness management tasks to CAE’s Clients (Part-CAMO, Part-145 or Part 147 organizations).

  • Establish and develop working relationships with Fleet Engineers for all ATAs and liaise with them to improve the use of software system.

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer´s Licence.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical roles in Part-CAMO or Part-145 organizations.

  • Experience working with AMOS.

  • Excellent English.

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Airbus and Boeing Gen Fam Courses.

  • Knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 748/2012, (EU) No. 1321/2014, and (EU) No. 965/2012 and related regulations and procedures.

  • Self-motivated and efficient either individually or as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions.

  • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to travel when required.

  • Flexible approach to work.
