Work Location: Malvern, PA -- Hybrid, coming into the office 3 days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being set office days.

What you'll do:

 

As a Deposit Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in working with front-line team members and helping them assist with any questions their customers have. You are their guide to having a successful and smooth relationship with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • * Reviewing new account relationships, ensuring accuracy of documents, assisting with providing accurate account opening information to our front-line team members.
  • * Owning Deposit Operations daily tasks, such as reviewing reporting and processes, which are constantly changing and adapting based on new client onboarding and new banking regulations.
  • * Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
  • * Collaborating with the Deposit Operations team on various projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • * Writing and updating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in operations.
  • * Providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

     

What do you need?

    • Banking Experience: At least 5 years of experience in back-office banking operations or in a branch setting, specifically a platform role.
    • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
    • Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with a team. Ability to solve problems and obtain root problem causes.
    • Positive Attitude : A can-do attitude and the ability to approach challenges with positivity and resilience
    • Flexibility : The ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

       

**Technology Skills:**
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
  • * Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
    • Experience with FIS applications are preferred but not required.
