Electrical Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Einsatzort: Mannheim

Tätigkeit:

• Troubleshooting via Remote-Zugriff oder vor Ort

• Analyse und Eingrenzung von elektrischen und mechanischen Fehlerbildern sowie derer kurz- und langfristigen Behebung

• Bearbeitung von Service- und Gewährleistungsanfragen; Technischer Expertensupport / 3rd Level Support in Product Support Systemen

• Erarbeitung von zukunftweisenden, plattformunabhängigen Servicelösungen und deren Umsetzung sowie Einführung ins System

• Betreuung von Service Centern und Service Kunden bei technischen Problemstellungen

• Umsetzung der Erkenntnisse in Anforderungen für neue Produkte

• Test und Validierung von technischen Lösungen

• Servicepartner Weiterentwicklung und Know-how Aufbau

• Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferant, internen Fachabteilungen und Kunde

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Elektrotechnikingenieur

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Schaltanlagenbau und / oder Generatoren

• Erfahrung in der Umsetzen und Koordination von technischen Problemstellungen – Behandlung von mehreren parallelen Aufgabenstellungen

• Umsetzung von ersten Projekten mit koordinativer Verantwortung über unterschiedliche Fachbereiche

• Analytische Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Fehlersuche und –eingrenzung

• Reisebereitschaft >40% (weltweit)

• Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Hohes Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

• Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
