In this senior role within Aon’s Global Risk Consulting team; supporting clients prepare large and complex insurance claims across the Asia Pacific Region, developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the management of claim preparation engagements, including the scoping of work, preparation of budgets, resourcing and the execution of engagements within budget
Take responsibility for the delivery of all elements of the project plan and/or engagement letter within budget and promised time frames
Manage expectations of stakeholders to successfully prepare and settle insurance claims
Team development, managing the career and development planning for Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants within your team
Develop internal and external networks and leverage such networks to win claim preparation engagements
Increase the profile of both Aon Claim Preparation, client market development through high-level relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers and presentations
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
This position will suit an experienced individual who is has demonstrated experience of the following:
Experience with a Professional Services or Loss Adjusting firm
Proven leader, who can lead and coordinate a team to facilitate growth and development
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Proficiency in preparation of proposals and presentations to prospects
Deep expertise in the preparation of large and complex property and business interruption claims
Proven track record in developing new business and staff
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient and confident in public speaking to conduct presentations of analytical results, sales presentations and also speaking at conference
