A.T. Still University's Communication & Marketing (ATSU-C&M) is seeking applications for a full-time non-exempt marketing coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus. In this role, you will provide invaluable administrative support to the C&M team. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone/email correspondence.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for marketing campaigns, projects, and budgets.

  • Order and manage marketing supplies and materials as needed.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for marketing staff.

  • Process invoices and facilitate estimates for signature(s).

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit marketing materials, such as product descriptions, collateral, and promotional content.

  • Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

  • Support the planning and execution of university marketing events, such as photo/video shoots, interviews, and special events.

  • Assist with event logistics, including coordinating interview schedules, reserving space, and on-site coordination.

  • Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and conferences by coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and overseeing promotional materials.

  • Help maintain marketing project schedules and timelines.

  • Support the tracking and reporting of marketing campaign performance metrics.

  • Consistently monitor, evaluate, and update ATSU webpages.

  • Aid in developing and distributing internal communications related to marketing updates, campaigns, and events.

  • Foster collaboration and information sharing among marketing team members and university stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism or a related field.

  • 1- 3 years of marketing experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated interest in marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
