Job Description

Ryder is seeking to hire a seasoned IT Project Manager to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing a large project across Infrastructure and Security. This individual will be responsible for Project Planning and Execution which includes developing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and executing projects efficiently within established timelines, budget, and quality standards. They will be responsible for stakeholder communication- they will be expected to foster strong communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. They will apply specialized knowledge in managing projects related to Security and Infrastructure however, future projects may have other focus areas. They will mitigate risks associated with data privacy and security throughout project lifecycles. A successful candidate will be able to navigate both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies based on project requirements and is extremely detailed oriented. They will foster a culture of continuous improvement, adapting strategies to evolving project dynamics. Skills and Requirements

7+ years of Project Management experience. Experience managing multiple projects at once

 Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

 Experience delivering successful projects across App Dev, Infrastructure and Security

 Strong understanding of project management tools and their effective utilization Ryder utilizes Planview and ServiceNow

 Must have strong experience managing project financials, strong understanding of CapEx, OpEx, forecast planning and resource planning this is 100% your responsibility as the Project Manager

 Understanding of Risk Management, can demonstrate this knowledge from previous projects

 Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, forward thinker, strong problem-solving skills, can think and operate independently

 Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Executive stakeholder communication is a significant part of this role PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and or additional relevant certifications

 Specific Supply Chain or Transportation industry experience

 Specific Experience with Security and Infrastructure projects null
