Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience with feature prioritization efforts on software releases.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in consumer product development.

  • Excellent data analysis and dashboard skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google One is a premium subscription to Google, delivering expanded storage, premium features, and AI-powered experiences across Google products to members. In this role, you will partner with teams across Google to deliver valuable experiences to users that drive engagement and enhance loyalty and business growth.

The Platforms and Ecosystems product area encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications). The products provide enterprises, and ultimately end users, the ability to utilize and manage their services at scale. We build innovative and compelling software products—from apps to TVs, from laptops to phones—that have an impact on people’s lives across the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.

  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that address continuous improvement in collaboration with program stakeholders, and objectives.

  • Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.

  • Build relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.

  • Plan product/feature launches, coordinate with Product, Engineering, UX and other cross-functional stakeholders, including privacy, legal, partnerships, marketing, and support.
