MECHANICAL CAD DESIGN ENGINEER (SIEMENS NX)

Job location: Napoli area

Role Overview:

The selected resource - going through an intense onboarding process in order to develop appropriate Customer products’ knowledge, working methodologies and CAD skills, when needed - will be directly engaged in the engineering project activities, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Tasks :

• Modeling simple and complex mechanical components

• Modeling simple and complex assemblies

• Drafting activities / modifications

• Technical documentation

• Learn, understand, and apply our Customer’s standard procedures

Specialized Knowledge / Skills :

• Technical Degree or BSc/Msc Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering

• Experienced in 3D CAD modelling and 2D drafting with Siemens NX, DS CatiaV5, PTC Creo, DS SolidWorks and/or similar tools (being already able to use Siemens NX will be an advantageous asset)

• Solid knowledge of GD&T

• Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliability

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent team-work attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Teamwork

• Availability for business travels (short & long term travels)

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines

• Good command of English language (i. e. B2);
