Webato Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for aProduction Supervisor - B Shiftat our facility inNew Hudson, MI. Key Responsibilities: Train, develop, monitor and evaluate subordinate colleagues Provide leadership and direction to team members Monitors production operation to ensure product quality and production efficiency Supervise all activities, personnel including team leaders, equipment and production Monitor change over and/or line set up efficiency Prepare line set-ups for following shifts, this includes first piece buyoffs Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production and ensure schedule is met Monitor plant housekeeping and maintain standards Maintain outside areas of plant and outside storage areas Enforce all company policies and procedures Monitor and report all production documentation including setup documentation Monitor production process for CI in both efficiency and quality Interface with Human Resources on all policy and discipline issues Address colleagues concerns and use people skills to resolve the issues Communicate with all on priority of special assignments or any issues needed Monitor and maintain all safety equipment, Webasto owned equipment and tools (including tips, sandpaper, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications: College degree in Management, Business, or Technical field preferred 2-4 years previous supervisory experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment Excellent people skills required Excellent organization and problem solving skills Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills Ability and willingness to work long hours as necessary
