Are you a creative, hungry salesperson with proven experience in selling software to large accounts? We are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales & Development Manager to join our North America sales team to hunt and sell and continue to grow our dynamic growth.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, passionate self-starter with proven success in opening their own doors and selling software sales to Enterprise customers.
Own the sales process from creating and qualifying leads to closing the contract
Penetrate new accounts and develop relationships with existing ones to aggressively drive new business and growth.
Identify opportunities to sell system integration projects to IT departments
Develop sales pipeline via cold calling and inbound leads
Achieve or exceed sales targets
Present solutions and negotiate at CxO level
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel as required
Education and Experience
3+ years’ sales experience in the software industry working with Enterprise accounts
Fashion / Textile industry knowledge and proven experience – major advantage
Experience in 3D CAD software or other end-user software to the fashion and apparel market - major advantage
Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets – A must!!
Strong result driven, hunter orientation – self-starter who creates and executes own direct sales engagements
Highly Motivated; can work in hybrid environment of legacy / new products in a growing company
BS/BA in a relevant field
Flexibility to travel as required
