  • Engage with agile methodologies to drive cutting-edge projects forward, ensuring robust application performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both manual and automated testing across UI and API layer using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.

  • Collaborate directly with developers for embedded feature testing.

  • Develops and manages high-quality test cases demonstrating conformance to all requirements.

  • Engages in product feature grooming, bug triage meetings, and Agile SCRUM activities like Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Utilizes project management tools like JIRA and ADO to manage project tasks, communicate updates, and track progress against sprint goals.

  • Engage in proactive communication with all stakeholders to present quality status updates, resolve issues, and implement feedback-driven product enhancements.

  • Create feature test plan based on the understanding of the requirements and review with management and development team.

  • Manages and expands relationships with internal and external development and quality assurance partners.

  • Performs root cause analysis and creates specific action plans to reduce defects and improve product quality.

  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software quality assurance organization.

  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

  • Expertise in hybrid work environments (local and remote). Cross region communications.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in automation tools and languages such as Appium, Java, Selenium, Python, or C#.

  • Proficiency in using project and bug management tools like JIRA and ADO.

  • Experienced in using TestRail or ADO for test case management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in English and local language.

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred:

  • Background in PC gaming is a plus, providing insight into user requirements and experiences.
