About the Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Software Test Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Frontend Software Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify, and document defects, and provide valuable feedback to improve our software development processes. The Product & Technology engineering family consists of software development, testing, database, devops, virtualization & network.

During the first six months, you will:

· Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for frontend applications.

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications.

· Collaborate with software engineers to identify test requirements and test scenarios.

· Execute test cases manually and automate where applicable to ensure the quality of the frontend software.

· Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing features.

· Document and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

· Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software development processes.

Required Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on frontend testing.

· Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular framework: React.

· Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright – preferred, Selenium, Cypress, or TestCafe.

· Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

· Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· Knowledge of backend testing techniques and tools.

· ISTQB or similar software testing certification.
