ePS is looking for a Professional Services Consultant (m/f/x) to join us in the UK. This is a remote role and location can be anywhere in the UK.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for applicants with motivation and ambition who can travel to our customer sites across the world (mainly Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia) to provide implementations support and applications consultancy for ePS Packaging Suite. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and join a fantastic company.

Job description:

  • Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion in accordance with the company’s methodology. This may involve leading a team of ePS consultants on multi-site customer roll-outs;

  • Provide post go live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base;

  • Work with colleagues across all business areas to ensure an excellent customer experience;

  • Mentor and provide applications and commercial training to colleagues and new hires;

  • Maintain a high standard of personal administration;

  • Participate in team based activities;

  • Provide regular status and activity reports according to company practices;

  • Learn our products to deliver training and consultancy.

Skills requirements:

  • Have a positive attitude, with the ability to always remain professional;

  • Able to clearly state objectives, and lead internal and external teams to achieve these;

  • Excellent personal administration;

  • Fluency in English and ideally also in French or Arabic;

  • Experience in or with the print & packaging industry;

  • Be goal oriented, organized, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment;

  • Have good interpersonal and time management skills;

  • Be able to work independently and cohesively in a long-distance team;

  • Have experience of at least one business system implementation;

  • Have experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user;

  • Have a flexible approach to scheduling and tasking;

  • Be self-directed and self-motivated;

  • Have a genuine interest in working directly with clients, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships;

  • Be willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to successful resolution;

  • Possess good commercial awareness, able to recognize and action billing opportunities;

  • Be willing to spend time away from home as customer demands dictate;

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
