Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor role is a key position focused on safeguarding, operating, and maintaining plant equipment and facilities to provide a safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operation. The position entails managing and working alongside a maintenance team of technicians, scheduling and coordinating all shutdown and repair activities, controlling repair parts inventory, and managing both preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The role requires a willingness to work beyond the normal day shift schedule to resolve problems, projects and emergency repairs, as well as planning and managing capital projects. Other responsibilities include preparing estimates, completing appropriation requests for capital funds, and when applicable, coordinating and directing contractor safety, insurance compliance and activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
