Robert Half is partnered with a Financial Services Organization in Mission Valley who is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is an immediate, contract or contract-to-permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with voiding court cost checks in two software systems.

• Enter consumer refund information into forms on Sharepoint to prepare for refunds checks to print.

• Process incoming/outgoing mail – including sorting, scanning, copying, and accurately distributing to appropriate departments and team members.

• Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and compiling documents with a high level of accuracy.

• Post court cost refunds to consumer accounts.

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize accounting and legal software.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (not required for highly motivated candidates).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems.

• Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required.
