About the Company:

Our client is a prestigious company in the hospitality industry, known for providing exceptional services and experiences to their guests. They are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the company. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
