Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full stack Software Developer to join our team in San Diego, California. This role involves modifying and maintaining large scope software applications across various projects, including online applications and call center solutions. You will be required to work with various technologies, such as Java, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MongoDB, Angular, Spring Boot, and MySQL.

Responsibilities:

• Own modification and maintenance of software applications with large scope.

• Work on a variety of IT projects, including analysis and design.

• Maintain and enhance software applications under supervision.

• Develop solutions for the call center and online applications.

• Work with AWS and Lambda services, MySQL.

• Deal with Angular customizations and occasionally work with JavaScript.

• Develop and support APIs for several products.

• Manage data archives and develop solutions in API/Java/Spring Boot BE SQL database side.

• Spend a significant amount of time on development, while also dedicating some time to support the team and projects.

Requirements • Proficiency in Java programming language is essential.

• Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is required.

• Proficiency in MongoDB database management system is essential.

• Knowledge and experience of Angular JavaScript framework is required.

• Demonstrated experience with Spring Boot framework for microservices is required.

• Proficiency in MySQL relational database management system is required.

• Proven ability to solve complex problems and perform debugging.

• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning new technologies.

• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance best practices.

• Prior experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodology is beneficial.
