As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial team, supporting day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), performing reconciliations, participating in month-end close processes, and conducting financial analysis. This position offers a robust platform for professional growth in the field of real estate accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily A/P and A/R transactions and ensure the accuracy of entries.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate records.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

• Provide financial analysis and support budgeting processes.

• Collaborate with team members on financial reporting and compliance.

• Support the management of a diverse portfolio of real estate properties.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.

• Proficiency in Yardi and Appfolio software is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
