Responsibilities

This position is for a Sr. Software Engineer who will be developing front end applications using the latest JavaScript and Java technologies including AngularJS. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of AngularJS, the latest JavaScript frameworks and various components of the JavaScript development environment. Will also prefer a candidate who has experience developing JEE applications and working with JEE Application servers such as JBoss with a demonstrated experience writing unit tests in various frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess leadership traits paired with a strong command of the technology who could fill technical leadership responsibilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently or within a team

• Proficiency in software development lifecycle

• Design of software with clearly defined functional requirements

• Participates in the design of test cases for software module changes

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• May provide 24/7 emergency hotline support

Qualifications

Education:

• BS Computer Science degree or equivalent

Years of Experience:

• At least 5 years of development experience in JEE or similar stacks with at least 3 years of experience developing pure JavaScript applications
