Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Master Scheduler. Master Production Scheduler is responsible for Assure availability of raw material in house, updating releases to suppliers and plan some production lines to secure shipments on time to customer, developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. Strong collaboration with the Business Managers & Sales.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• RM Planning Update & send releases to supplier

• Coordinate with warehouse the receipt of material

• Conciliation of marterial receipt with the warehouse

• Follow-up calls with suppliers

• Update and send releases to suppliers

• Analysis of inventory

• Responsability for E&O and extra inventory

• Production Planning Plan and release of work orders in time

• Creation of shipping plan

• Follow-up of WIP to secure FG

• Sub assembly planning to secure material to final lines

• Managment of outside process suppliers

• Analysis of inventory & reports

• Schedule trucks with logistic to pick up material (FG & RM)

• Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Engineering or similar

• 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role (Master Scheduler)

• Experience in Automotive Industry(Desirable)

• MFG Pro - SAP Advanced

• Negotiations skills

• ERP Planning skills (preferably SAP)

• English advanced

• MRP knowledge and experience

• SAP / MFG system

• RM Planning

• Customer Service

• Production Planning

• Logistic
